Join the Fynix Community – Supporting Trauma-Informed Mental Health

Whether you're an individual looking for mental health support, an organisation seeking trauma-informed mental health training, or someone passionate about mental health advocacy and lived experience, there is a place for you at Fynix Project.

We believe healing happens in connection, not isolation. By getting involved with Fynix Project, you become part of a growing community working to create safe, stigma-free spaces where people can learn practical tools for emotional well-being, resilience, and recovery.

From trauma-informed workshops and organisational training to community storytelling and volunteering opportunities, there are many ways to contribute to the mission of improving mental health awareness and support across the North West of England and beyond.

Every person who joins us helps extend the reach of practical wellbeing tools, lived-experience insights, and trauma-informed approaches to those who need them most.
