Every session is lived-experience-led and designed to create safe, non-judgemental spaces where individuals can build emotional resilience without pressure or clinical language.

After the Bell – Emotional Regulation for High-Pressure Environments Workshop

Developed in collaboration with professional boxer Karl Egington, After the Bell is a trauma-informed emotional regulation workshop inspired by the psychological realities of high-performance environments — but designed for anyone navigating pressure, intensity, and emotional aftermath.
Whether you’re a frontline worker, athlete, leader, young person, or someone experiencing emotional highs and lows in daily life, this workshop explores what happens after the “adrenaline moment” - when stress drops, emotions surface, and identity can feel shaken.
Grounded in psychology, trauma awareness, and lived experience, the session provides practical, body-based tools to help participants recognise emotional triggers, regulate their nervous system, and reframe internal narratives in real time.
Participants learn:
✔ How to manage emotional crashes after high-stress situations
✔ Tools to stop spiralling and regain control
✔ The 3R Model: Recognise → Regulate → Reframe
✔ Confidence and identity rebuilding strategies
✔ Sustainable emotional resilience techniques
Suitable for organisations, community groups, gyms, youth programmes, and individuals seeking practical emotional regulation skills in high-pressure environments.

Strategic Partnerships & Trauma-Informed Collaborations
At Fynix Project, we believe meaningful mental health support is strengthened through collaboration. By partnering with trusted organisations, we extend our lived-experience-led, trauma-informed workshops into specialist environments, ensuring practical emotional regulation tools reach those navigating high-pressure roles, trauma exposure, and performance-driven settings.
Through these partnerships, we combine professional expertise, lived experience and trauma-informed practice to deliver workshops and CPD training that are both practical and deeply human.
In collaboration with Karl Eginton Awakened Life Coaching, we co-deliver After the Bell: Emotional Regulation for Fighters — a workshop designed for fighters and individuals operating in high-performance environments. This session focuses on nervous system awareness, emotional regulation and sustainable resilience beyond physical training. It provides grounding techniques, stress-management tools, and a safe space for reflection, recognising the emotional intensity that often accompanies competitive sport and identity-driven performance.
We also partner with Sole Survivor PTSD Support to deliver Reset & Release: Key Working PTSD - a comprehensive CPD training and expressive emotional release workshop for key workers, frontline professionals and support staff. This programme integrates trauma-informed education, understanding PTSD responses, emotional regulation strategies and body-based release techniques. By combining structured CPD with practical wellbeing tools, the training supports both professional competence and the emotional resilience of care providers.
Together, these partnerships strengthen our commitment to trauma-informed mental health workshops across the North West and beyond - ensuring support is accessible, relevant and grounded in real-world experience.
