YOUNG VOICES
A Place For Young People To Be Heard
Small Voices, Big Impact
Young Voices is a creative awareness initiative that places children and young people at the heart of the conversation around mental health, wellbeing, kindness and emotional understanding.
Inspired by a young person's act of compassion and creativity, the project provides a space where children can share artwork, positive messages, reflections and creative ideas that encourage empathy, resilience and understanding.
The aim is not to speak for young people, but to create opportunities for their voices to be heard.
Through art, creativity and self-expression, children often communicate thoughts, feelings and perspectives that adults may overlook. Creative activities can also support emotional wellbeing by encouraging reflection, emotional expression, communication skills and grounding through the creative process itself.
Every drawing, painting, poster, poem or creative contribution has the potential to inspire positive conversations around mental health, kindness, empathy and emotional wellbeing.
Young Voices celebrates the idea that today's young people are not simply learning about wellbeing — they are helping shape a more compassionate future.
Because sometimes the most powerful messages come from the smallest voices.

Creating psychologically safe workplaces. Supporting healthier communities. Rising through lived experience. ✨🔥
Our team recently attended two workshops delivered by Darryl and Lauren from The Fynix Project, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
The sessions covered Trauma-Informed Practice and De-escalation, both of which were delivered with incredible professionalism and insight. What really stood out was the perfect balance of learning elements—it wasn't just a lecture; it was engaging, interactive, and kept our entire staff team genuinely interested throughout.
Darryl and Lauren have a fantastic way of breaking down complex topics into actionable strategies. Our team left feeling much more confident, with a significantly improved knowledge base and practical tools to apply in our daily work.
If you are looking for high-quality, impactful training that your staff will actually enjoy, look no further than The Fynix Project. Thank you both for such an amazing experience!
